Pros:
-quality product/s. very nice and soft silicone
-grips well
-it's powerful if you use a couple of pumps (be careful not to hurt yourself, especially in the beginning)
-good for gym goers and for irregularities
-spare pump + cleaning kit + measurement instrument
-very fast shipping via FedEx (be careful with the customs taxes. i was lucky and paid nothing)
-nice customer service

Cons:
-maybe the price, but honestly some people pay more on a phone so for a product that may help you with a problem like this i think it's more than worth it

This is a fantastic product. It arrived within 1 day and the quality of the device is great. It is comfortable and works very well. After only one use I could see that my sternum had lifted; of course this will take consistent use, but I am very confident that I will have great results if I continue to use this product. I spent a long time looking at other vacuum bells that were cheaper; however, I am glad I made the decision to spend a bit more as you certainly get what you pay for! I have read too many reviews of other cheaper products either breaking, not being comfortable or creating blisters that I felt it was worth spending the extra money to ensure my vacuum bell is a good standard. This product is perfect for anyone who goes to the gym and has more developed pec muscles than the average person. Highly recommended!
